Two Men Killed in Rollover Accident in Tarrant County, Texas
Two men died Friday in a terrible rollover accident in western Tarrant County, Texas. Both were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
30-year-old John Farris of Fort Worth died in the accident, as well as a 29-year-old man whose name has not yet been released. The accident occurred at 10203 Confederate Park Road, also known as Farm Road 1886.
Authorities do not know what caused the crash.
This is a tragic wreck. I feel sorry for the families and friends of these two young men. With the cause of the accident unknown, it is hard to figure out if this accident could have been prevented. Were seat belts used? And if not, would these two men have survived the rollover if they had not been ejected? I recently read that seat belt use is up to 84% of vehicle occupants, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
