The exit from Interstate 45 to Westbound Interstate 35 in downtown Dallas was closed for hours this morning after a tractor-trailer carrying mulch rolled over on a bridge. Hundreds of bags of mulch spilled all over the road, which is what caused such a delay. The truck accident happened at 5:30 this morning. There's been no word yet on whether or not the driver was injured, or how the wreck happened. The truck appears to have been the only vehicle involved. An investigation into the accident will reveal what caused the rig to topple over. Commuters were forced to take alterative routes to get onto Westbound I-35.
